Mr. M Mahran
Mr. Mahran is a gynaecology consultant with more than 22 years of experience. He is trained in advanced Laparoscopic surgery in Norwich and London hospitals. Mr Mahran has been a consultant at Bedford hospital for 10 years and he introduced the advanced laparoscopic surgery to the unit. The trust has acknowledged his achievement in Laparoscopic surgery and medical education and has been given the Clinical Excellence award.
Currently he runs the endometriosis clinics in Bedford and Luton NHS Hospitals. He also performs the complex Laparoscopic gynaecology cases in a multidisciplinary approach.
Mr. Mahran has been running national and international training workshops to share his experience with the other colleagues. He acts as a mentor to other consultants in laparoscopy and robotic surgery.
Away from the office Mr. Mahran is a keen swimmer and tennis player and enjoys time with his family.
